Upload your video.
Under Visibility, choose Unlisted.
Copy the share link and paste it above.

Don't pick Private — that needs you to invite individual Google accounts and the panel will be locked out.

Vimeo

Upload your video.
Open Video Settings → Privacy.
Set Who can watch to Unlisted (free accounts) or Anyone with the private link (paid plans).
Copy the link and paste it above.

Avoid Only people I follow or password-protected links — the panel won't be able to view those.
